What happens to your data
Short version: it's used to reply to you, and nothing else. Longer version below.
What's collected
Whatever you enter in the brief form — name, company, email, what you need, and any details you type. If you email or call directly, that's just an ordinary email or phone conversation, handled the same way.
What it's used for
Only to read your brief, reply with a quote, and — if you go ahead — to do the work you've hired us for. Nothing here is used for marketing, profiling, or anything you haven't asked for.
Where it goes
The brief form emails your answers straight to one inbox. It isn't stored in a database, added to a mailing list, or passed through any analytics or marketing tool.
Who sees it
Nobody but the person running Brain Panic. Your details are never sold, shared, or handed to a third party — the only exception would be if the law required it.
If you become a client
Any account access, credentials, or files needed to do the work are used only for that work, and only for as long as the job or retainer runs. Access is removed when it ends, same as we'd set up for your own team.
How long it's kept
Briefs that don't turn into work are deleted once the conversation is done. For active clients, records are kept only as long as needed to do the job and handle any admin like invoicing.
Your say in it
Ask at any point to see what's held about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and that'll be done — email [email protected].
